API, to enhance our recruitment services by simplifying the registration profile-building
process for candidates. This policy outlines our approach to using AI responsibly,
enhancing data security, and maintaining transparency with our candidates and partners.
We prioritize the security of personal data and use AI technologies in compliance with
stringent data protection laws. Our database systems are secured
against unauthorized access, and data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

we process. However, despite these measures, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Users are advised
that the transmission of personal information to and from our services is ultimately at their own risk, and we strongly recommend

of inputs during the registration and profile creation process using OpenAI's API. This allows candidates to efficiently build comprehensive
profiles that showcase their skills and preferences.
Our platform serves as a facilitator between candidates and employers, enabling
seamless connections. All final employment decisions are made solely by the company offering the role.
While AI is presently used for profile parsing, we may explore further AI applications
for candidate matching and other recruitment processes. Any expansion of AI use will
adhere to this policy, emphasizing ethical use, transparency, and user consent.
Candidates have rights regarding their personal data, including access, correction,
deletion, and objection to processing. Requests related to these rights can be directed
